This calendar is maintained by the VP of Student Affairs. If you would like to add an event on the calendar or have any questions or concerns, feel free to send an email to Keen Penkian ([email protected]). Please give Keen a THREE DAY grace period before contacting him a reminder.

Guidelines for the ASP Calendar
- Events CANNOT conflict with class time.
- Events are on a first come, first serve basis.
- If your event overlaps with another group, you MUST ask for the hosting group's permission.
- Calendar requests must be done 2 weeks prior to the event.
Instructions to add your event to the ASP Calendar
- Contact the VP of Student Affairs (Keen Penkian) to reserve a date & time on the ASP calendar.
- After Keen's approval, contact Carmen Swanson & Maria Orosco from the Office of Student Affairs.
- Fill out the Room Request form.
- Please allow up to 72 business hours for the form to be processed.
- Fill out the Room Request form.
