Social Chairperson

1st or 2nd YEAR SOCIAL CHAIRPERSON –  This is a one semester term of office and its duties are as follows:

  • Responsible for the annual Snow Trip (Fall)
  • Responsible for assisting the Vice President of Student Affairs with Spring Picnic (Summer)
  • Publicize ASP events in conjunction with the ASP VP of Student Affairs
  • Notify and invite faculty to such events
  • Maintain a written brief record of each event, to keep as a protocol for future events
  • Plan and organize, along with the ASP board, all ASP social events
